Full course description

Introduction to Administrative Law for Regulators, Part 2 picks up from where content leaves off in Introduction to Administrative Law for Regulators, Part 1 and addresses judicial review, substantive due process and administrative agency rule making.


In this 4-week course, participants will review pertinent case law and key doctrines that govern agency action in these areas and develop a basic, practical understanding of the role of administrative agencies and occupational licensing boards in regulating the practice of health care professionals.
