2.    Describe the components of a mentoring plan for a new employee who seeks to advance to the next level. 
3.    Discuss several strategies a leader should employ to support and evaluate an innovation
proposed to solve a challenge in the organization.
4.    Describe how effective leaders influence others to successfully navigate organizational change.
