Course Objectives

  1. Analyze the various leadership frameworks that the role of the professional regulator has in shaping the discipline and the profession.
  2. Create an assessment of one’s own leadership strengths based on a self-selected, established, evidence-based leadership framework.
  3. Describe the various strategies a leader can use to organize her/his workplace, meetings, teams and projects.
  4. Discuss how presentation of self as influencer manifests in both intra- and interprofessional groups through discourse, presentations, written reports, publications and interactions with other leaders across settings.
