- Analyze the various leadership frameworks that the role of the professional regulator has in shaping the discipline and the profession.
- Create an assessment of one’s own leadership strengths based on a self-selected, established, evidence-based leadership framework.
- Describe the various strategies a leader can use to organize her/his workplace, meetings, teams and projects.
- Discuss how presentation of self as influencer manifests in both intra- and interprofessional groups through discourse, presentations, written reports, publications and interactions with other leaders across settings.
