Full course description
A regulator wears a great many hats! They must engage with others in various leadership frameworks, practice self-reflection and self-assessment and rely on evidence-based reasoning. In this course, Dr. Marion Broome will hone participants’ analytical and strategic skills to enhance their organizational savvy, their decision making and their self-presentation in both intra- and interprofessional groups. Whether they are interacting with other leaders, members of their profession, related professionals or the general public, effective regulators practice excellent communication skills and self-awareness. This course facilitates their leadership journey and provides real-time and responsive content and learning activities that are relevant to our tumultuous current events, including a racial justice module and a module on leading through crisis.
