Presentations and Public Speaking

While public speaking is often seen as a skill people either have or don't, NCSBN Director of Outreach Jason A. Schwartz will demonstrate in this class that it is a skill anyone can improve through training and practice. Often it is a short list of very simple things that distinguish strong presentations from ineffective ones.
