As a new graduate nurse, you need proven communication strategies that help you interact with more experienced colleagues on your nursing team. Knowing how to interact with others during pressure packed situations will help you engage more quickly, while lowering your risk of burnout.
Transition to Practice (TTP) Course 1: Communication and Teamwork will help you develop these skills early in your practice of nursing. Targeted communication exercises will help you apply what you learn immediately in real-life situations, helping foster confidence and positive outcomes. This course may also be used as an adjunct to a nursing education program.

Prepare with confidence! As part of the TTP series, this highly interactive course is based on the findings of the 2011-2013 TTP extensive research study of new graduate nurses.
