This is the Fraud Prevention for Licensure Application course. This course provides education on how to perform a rigorous, high-quality verification and authentication process for identification of proactive strategies to detect fraudulent applications and materials through eleven Policy Considerations and ten Safe Practices.

This course is based on NCSBN's Resource Manual on Licensure Application Fraud Prevention, Detection and Communication that you can download here. There are five modules in this course; each includes one or more lectures, videos, and a quiz and/or activity.

Course Information

Please note that completion of this course will only provide CE credits. While Foundations of Regulation courses are designed to enhance and compliment courses in the ICRS Certificate Program, credits toward graduation are not awarded.
